I have lived at Rosemont for the past 4 years and have never had a problem that was not taken care of quickly. I have read the comments on here, and all I can say is that I feel sorry for these people who are so malicious and nasty. Management has been nothing but friendly, kind and extremely helpful. There have been some issues with pipes breaking, but I have called the City of Irving, as I have also been told by management that it was the ground shifting that caused the pipe breaks. City officials said that the ground does shift badly in this area, and that does cause the pipes to break.

The grounds have been improved greatly since I moved in, and there have also been several other improvements like the gates and the management as well has improved considerably. I plan on staying at Rosemont because I know this is the best place in the area for my money. Any maintenance issues that I have had has been taken care of quickly. The sports club is the best in the area, and I use it all the time. They even have a new tanning bed.

There is no way that with over 400 apartments here, everyone will be as happy as I have been here, but I know that the staff here does the best they can to keep everyone happy.
