Keeping in mind that we unwittingingly rented an apartment that catered to lower incomes once and the fact that the police were called constantly, I would still rate rosemont the worst place we have ever lived. THe staff is rude incompetent and unresponsive. We had a list of over 20 move in issues which we finally gave up on after we were locked out over night. (They double locked the front door and went out through the garage - the car with the garage door opener was in the garage (single car garage) and we came home at 11:30 and were unable to get into our apartment. To make it worse they forgot to set there service for emergencies that night so we ended up in a hotel which they refused to reimburse!!) THe water was a huge issue at least once a month we were informed it would be off all day and often 3 - 4 times a month is was off without notice. Try getting ready for work with no water!! They switched management 4 times (that I am aware of) during the year we lived there and the actual "manager" was always "off" if you had a problem. Hated this place more than I can possible convey here.
