This place is the pits. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   This apartment complex is all about show and no substance. They spend a lot of time convincing you they are the superior apartment complex in the area, but once you move in you cannot get the staff to help you solve even the simplest issue. The units were built during the boom of apartment building and show it. It is shoddy in the walls and between the floors. You can hear your neighbors walk around (loudly), opening and closing their garage doors, etc. They have loud motorcycles gunning their engines and racing through the complex. Just terrible. And due to the bad construction, the electric bills are high. Not a little high, house high. And the animal waste is out of hand. No one cleans up after their dogs, and the staff ignore it.
