Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
This place is terrible. Nosiy. Bad construction. No service.
They say how great it is to live here, but once you sign, the forget you exist.
You can tell the reviews the staff writes. It is all 5.0. But what about the others. There is no in-between. Which means the residents are writting about the terrible conditions and the staff are writting the lies.
