My experience is this is a bad staff and complex

Despite the previous review, my experiences have been pretty bad, with the same staff members. They do not call back. The service staff never fix anything right, the first, second, or third times. The ground shifts and the builds shift with them, so the walls crack and/or the water pipes break.
They do not enforce their polices, so there is dog feces all over. Trash is left out during off cycle times and nothing is done about it.
Noisy neighors, loud motorcycles, etc. All in all, a bad experience. I am moving out when my lease is up.
