we like it! From: mick27 Date posted: 4/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   my fiance and i have been here since august '04...have enjoyed every minute of it. all maintenance requests have usually been handled same day. if not, before noon of the following day. the office staff has always been helpful and pleasant. we are planning to re-up when our lease is due, and want to be here for as long as we stay in apartment living. we miss wendy (last mgr. and the main reason we considered rosemont, truth be told). yes, the water deal can kinda suck, but what complex doesn't have some sort of quirkiness. we dig it!!!
