I have lived here in Rosemont for the past 2 years and I have no complaints with regard to management and the maintanence staff. The Apartments are good, big and well maintained and the maintanence complaints are attended almost immediately after placing a call. I have nothing but positive experience for the entire duration of my stay here.

My only consideration right now to renew my next lease is... The apartments are old and the appliances like Refrigerator, dishwasher etc are of very old design. The treadmills in the fitness room are verrryyyy old and looks like they are using the same treadmill for the past 10 years. The treadmills have lost complete support. I have complained once regarding the treadmill but no action was taken. Except for these two factors , I am satisfied with Rosemont and really do not want to leave this place. Since I do not want to use these old appliances anymore, I might probably move to a newly constructed apartment after a couple of months.

We bought 2 inch blinds, stainless appliances and a kitchen sink. All for sale- see Dennis if you want a good deal. Makes it awesome! We are moving Sept. 2005.
