I'm still new to the community, but I must agree with the review prior to mine. When I moved into my apartment, it was not as clean as you would expect. I still have not used my master bath tub because I can't get all of the grime off of it. I did clean my apartment again after I moved in. I have not had any problems with moving my furniture in, noise from neighbors, or trash outside. I have had to contact the front office to repair my heating unit on the 2nd floor and my washer water connections that were leaking when turned on. When my requests were taken by female office staff, the requests were done immediately; but when the gentleman takes my request, I usually have to call back a 2nd time. I must say that maintenance did come out the same day and repaired the problems. The heating unit took a 2nd visit, but it is fixed. I do feel air drafts from some windows, probably due to a caulking need. My unit does not have a vent on the 1st floor, so it gets REALLY cold. I had to call in twice to have my name added to the gate box. Since I just moved from a house, this is very similar to residential living and I only found a few places similar to this style of living while shopping around for an apartment. I do hear the airplanes sometimes, but it is not a problem. The gates are open too much and I do see a problem with parking by my unit. So far, I would refer others to this complex if they can AFFORD it. I plan to put in another review during the middle of my lease term or towards the end. So far, so good.
