Rosemont is a wonderful place to live. I have lived in several places in Las Colinas and Rosemont is the best. One of the main reasons I chose rosemont was the office staff. They are all great, and handle resident situations very well. Any maintenence thats need to be done is done right away, with no problem. The property is very well kept and the amenities are phenominal. The landscaping is wonderful and the trash pick-up is very convenient. I really enjoy saturday breakfast in the beautiful clubhouse, the holiday parties and the pool parties in the summer. I would definately recommend living at Rosemont. There is nothing in the area like it!
