YOU USED TO HAVE CLASS!!!! WHAT HAPPENED'
The community has gone down the toilet!
High rent! Ghetto living! Paper Thin walls, Water problem, roach, and theft problem. Poop and trash all over the place!!!!
A lot of undesirables.
The police are always responding on property to domestic disputes! And drug dealings.
WHERE IS THE SECURITY' Auto thefts at anytime. If you don't have a attached garage.
Believe me! You will be asking for an attached garage very soon until your lease ends. If you want to still have a car to drive!!!!
You will be ready to move as soon as your lease ends.
The rental office will offer move-in specials. A lower rent reduction to generate business from time to time. Has brought the community down to the ground! Assistant Manager very crooked!!! Not to be trusted. He will create bogus charges when you move out! Beware!!!!!!
Regional Manager unpredictable! Not to be trusted works with assistant manager in there scams together. If you have good credit take it somewhere else. For the amount of rent that they charge you would be better off buying your own home. The rental office will appear friendly once you sign your lease. Once the lease is signed. They don't care about your needs. There goal is to ruin you and make a big profit and commission off of you. They are in business to make money. Not to satisfy the tenants needs.
THIS IS DEFINTELY NOT THE WAY TO GO!!!!!
IMPORTANT! They have reported to the housing department. Regarding large amounts of
bougus move-out charges applied to previous tenants.

This past resident broke her lease without paying any fees causing her to owe money. She is upset due to this and this one individual has submitted many of the responses similar to above.
