This place is the pits. Dog Poo - No water, BBQ'ing on Balconies

The staff here is AWFUL. You can spot their obvious plants in this rating system. You go from 1, 1, 1, then a 5' Come on! If they spent their time giving service, rather than staying on the the Internet, it might be a good place. Noise, dog poop all over the place, no enforcement of rules (dog poop again, and potential fires by letting people BBQ on their balconies), no water. The Lincoln Properties have gone downhill badly, to let a train wreck of a staff run this place. Manager lies. Asst. Mgr. lies, everyone lies.
