Archstone at MacArthur formerly Rosemont Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

When I moved in the place was called Rosemont, when I left it was Archstone. And the transition in ownership couldn't have been worse. The new management, if that's what you want to call it sucks, all the way down to the maintaince staff. They couldn't care less about their renters. It took us 45 days to get our deposit back, by contract we should have had it in two weeks. The common grounds are filled with dog crap and gym is totally outdated. We saw the occupancy in the complex go from 80% or more to less than 50% after Archstone took over. Those that did move in were questionable, I noticed quite a few police cars in the complex the last few months.

From 80% occupancy to less than 50%? Why don't you make more stuff up since you apparently drive around and monitor which apartments are occupied? |
