I've been living at this property for 2 years so I can give a pretty thorough analysis of the place.

Pros:
- Garage attached for each apartment. was the main reason i moved here.
- Security is pretty good because of the gate and personal garage.
- Quiet since there is nobody above or below you.
- Very fast maintence, and that you can pay your rent online.
- Gym is big but the machines are quite dated.

Cons:
- Pretty expensive place for the age of this complex.
- Appliances,countertop, faucets, were outdated and should be renovated for the price you are paying.
- Water was being shut off quite a bit for a while. I think they were fixing some pipes but I can count about 6 times this happened (6 hours at a time).
- Make sure your bedroom is not above someone else's garage. Mine was and you can hear it everytime your neighbor leaves.

Overall I would recommend this place.
