There seems to be a persistent problem with irresponsible pet owners at this apartment complex if you are thinking of signing a lease at this community. As someone who appreciates living at this community, I find myself picking up dog poop everyday due to the lazy attitudes of other residents who reside here. I do not feel my pet and I should be subjected to the waste caused by this constant problem not to mention the mosquito problems. It seems management does not do anything to alleviate this constant problem. It is rather sad that all pet owners cannot take full responsibility for their pets by collecting their pet s poop and placing it in one of the convenient trash receptacles in the community. Would it help motivate residents by enforcing a larger fine or ban them from having a pet at the community when residents are caught not following this rule' This situation makes me realize how much better I will feel once my lease ends so I can finally move into my own home. I do not wish to be around these type of apartment dwellers anymore. Additional cameras should be installed on this property to catch people in the act. People just do not care about following rules and helping keep the environment clean of the waste and it seems management does not either. So, if this is a problem for you like it is me, I would not consider living here. Dogs have been seen walking around the community without their leashes. This can cause potential harm to other pets who do remain on a leash when walking in the community. The pet rent was recently raised from $10/month to $25/month that must be paid in addition to your monthly rent.
One area I have seen improved is the trash laying around on the grounds. Management decided it was a good idea to get rid of the trash receptacle and install a trash compactor. It is a shame that people are now using the recycle bin as a trash bin. I think it was a good idea to put the sign up by the bin to help remind others, but I still think certain residents will continue to cause a problem since everyone cannot seem to follow the rules around here. Do not agree to live around the backside of the complex close to the trash compactor and recycle bin or you will be subjected to the terrible smell everyday.
Management desperately needs to upgrade the appliances in the apartments at this complex. They seem to be very outdated in comparison to the price of rent that residents are required to pay to reside at this community. I think it would be a good idea to upgrade appliances rather than spend so much money on the landscape. You will also notice that a number of the air conditioners are old and need to be replaced. There is a fairly new one right next to mine, so they probably do not upgrade these until they do not work anymore.
So, please beware of all these problems before choosing to live here. When you first arrive at the community, you seem to think it is a nice community to live at since people notice all the expensive vehicles that tenants own who live here. But, please do not let that fool you. I think a number of people choose to live in this dump because they all have a connected garage to each unit. I would not recommend living in the two bedroom units because you have to climb two flights of stairs everyday. The larger one bedrooms are the best since they are located on the first floor from what I have been told by other tenants.

I agree on the appliances and 3 story units (I'll be moving out of mine), but the dog poop really hasn't been a problem for me, I've hardly noticed any, although I stick to the sidewalks. And we do have nice cars here. I saw an Aston Martin parked in the drive way yesterday.
