I lived at the Benchmark 1996-2004. At first it was a very nice place to live. Management changed hands every few years or so and that's when things started going south. No manager lived on the property in the latter years. The crime rate for that area is very high. Cars vandalized and stolen often. Major foundation problems. No one really seemed to give a crap anymore!
