Okay, I've lived in Benchmark for over a year. First of all, when you want maintenance to help with issues in the apartment, forget it! I waited over 6 months to get a leaky pipe fixed over my bathroom toilet! I wait anywhere from 1-2 months for each request, even to replace a lightbulb. I replaced my own air filter, since they forgot to do it. They won't clean out the chimney when asked, they talk about getting the pool fixed, but when does it become important enough to do it' After the Department of health in Irving closed it, it has not had ANY work done to it! What the heck!'

First of all, I have lived at Benchmark Apartments for a little less than a year and even I understand that there are certain things that come with living in an apartment!! The pool has been shut down but now after speaking to the city I understand that the foundation has alot to do with that. I LOVE the office staff and I have always felt right at home with Ramona and Veronica... GET OVER IT!!
