I LOVE my apartment... Sure I have some issues, but living in an apartment, who doesn't. Especially in Irving where there are bound to be foundation issues!! But, other than that I haven't had a better living experiance! Romona and Veronica are great and the new lady Andrea, I think is also great... I would gladly refer all of my friends to Benchmark Apartments!!

Don't be fooled by the fake positive comments written on this site. We've lived here for six months. During that time the police have come by 5 times to arrest one of our neighbors and the sherrif has come by offering a reward for the capture of one of my neighbers that disapeared a few weeks earlier. Don't be fooled by the fake positive comments written on this site. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WILL BE OF NO HELP TO YOU AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF WON'T COME BY. Oh they will smile and pretend to write down your issues but there will be NO HELP. CAVEAT IMPTOR..... RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
