request repairs before move in

I lived there for 6 months and got the heck out of dodge ASAP. Once a month a different notice was on my door that they will be in the apartment. Some of those visits were for fumigation, corporate walk throughs, fire marshall update...never ends. I got notices threatening to remove items from balcony (2 chairs) or they will have to come in charge $50 fee per item they have to move. Regardless of dishwasher never fixed & stove not replaced as promised, they sure arn't forgiving when the money order is dropped on the 4th even though it's a Sunday. Make sure you dont mess up once thats how they make their money back for giving you one month free. Neighborhood not very safe. If you're moving here you better have a crappy car or it's going to be when you move out.
