Although the manager has remained the same, her new workers that arrived towards the end of 2003 are as ghetto as they come. Both girls are extremely unprofessional and by the looks of the tennants moving in the last 6 months, this once quiet area has become a haven for criminal activities and very undesirable people. Trust me when I say the staff reflects the residents. Do not even bother asking for any maintenance to be done, that department is terrible too. An emergency does not exist to the person on call - because he happens to live 30 minutes away. He's sleeping and it will take too long to get there; so best to wait until the next day. His words folks. In addition, parking is also a nightmare - when your neighbor runs some type of auto wholesale business, his cars take up half of the parking lot. Who knows if they are stolen or not! Broken down cars are also a problem and frequently if the lot is open, repairs will be going on until they are finished. Although a convenient location to get to the airport and highways quickly on this side of the city - beware that the pattern of planes for landing will be right above your head if you are on the 3rd floor. They start landing at 7am and often don't cease until 11pm - 7 days a week. After a year you'd think the noise from the planes would disappear, but they fly so low, you could almost touch them. As far as space, w/d connections, and rental amount - good, but the neighborhood, embrassing staff, and questionable neighbors make it not worth it. Move towards Valley Ranch for deals, safety, and a clean neighborhood if you choose this side of town.
