Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I have lived here since summer 2002. Rent has never gone up. Management was super but is slowly changing and not for the better. One car stolen and one car rear window bashed in within 50 yards of my Apt in the last 6 months. However, well insulated and cheap utilities ... most I ever paid was $105 total for elec and water)but I travel a lot). Maintenance responds well. Excellent landscaping changed with the seasons. Excellent bug spraying that does not smell up your place. Free carpet cleaning with lease renewal.Renew your lease for a year and get a month's free rent every year. I have been happy but I am moving in a few months to a bigger place with an enclosed garage.
