I've lived at these apts. since Oct. 2000. It was very nice & the management seemed to care about you. Since then, I've seen countless changes in staff. With every change, the standards decreased. Now, no one cares about anything but the rent money. Pot holes are everywhere. People don't use the dumpsters anymore; just the ground. My vehicle was broken into. Someone stole my radio, glove box, & a/c unit & let me not forget to mention my gas. All that in broad daylight. I had a package delivered & it was stolen. So, someone is enjoying my digital camera. The office doesn't accept packages. They don't care about your vehicle. It's quiet until DFW airport's runway lights up, then, you go deaf from all the jets that fly by. Attempting to land on the roof of your building, I might add. They fell to mention that when you move here. Some of the older residents are nice, but now that the management's standards are low, so are the new residents. The hood has moved in. I've seen 40oz bottles on the ground. I've smelled weed coming from the apts. I hate that this place has went down like this. I used to love it here. I've talked to some apt. locators & they call this place the ghetto. The police didn't even bother coming out to take a report on my vehicle. They called & stated that there are too my reports filed from here so they will just take a report over the phone. I'm moving!! I can't take anymore parties at 3am on a Thursday morning or dog poo in the breeze-way. I'm tired of seeing the tow truck guy driving around the lot looking to jack someone. I'm tired of 18 wheelers taking up parking spaces. I'm tired of paying for water that I don't use because the sprinklers are on even when it rains. I'm also tired of the water being turn off the whole dang day!!! Bridgeport Sucks!!! I recommend that you do not come here!! Or, any of the other apts. in this area. They are all owned by the same group of people. And they don't care about you.

i am also a resident and have had simmilar problems.to get anything fixed is a joke.I am now trying to deal with westdale asset mgt ,they are the owners of the property.

it suck i am living here now and i will not stay this pot hole in parking lot is !!!!
