okay the apts have a special going on 99 total move in for i think 1yr lease



Anyways thats beside the point lets talk about the maitenance problems. This is really bad on the apartment behalf. I have just literally moved in (it hasnt been a full 3wks ). I have experienced several maintenance problems since I have been here. The first one would be the water being shut off from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm throughout the whole complex without any kind of notice, and when I called up to the front desk they act like it was no big deal (it was). Second of all the AC goes out and mind you Texas weather is pretty harsh so you can only imagine how I felt. Also i'm the type of person who gets hot my nose bleeds so having to go out and buy a fan and having my apt temp be 90degrees at night my fan was doing nothing but blowing hot air all night this was not pleasant. Now I do have to give them this when I called they did make an attempt to get here the next morning before noon, but still why am I having these problems and I just moved in. Well there are others such as the bathroom socket blowing out and the dishwasher leaks a puddle of water ( i asked them to fix it first thing this morning and nothing happened. I understand things happen, you would think that they would check to make sure everything is okay for your new tenants move in (not good people). Anyways I will give you the update and status of my new adventure at Bridgeport I'm sure its not going to be an enjoyable ride if things continue looks like i will have to try and find another place. I mean the place is beautiful and quite it just the maintenace problems that makes my new home not comfortable.
