	I remember these apartments being built 20 or 30 years ago. Very run down. Don't know the cost, but IMO, these should be torn down.

	Management is illiterate. Management keeps cats in office and storage room and keeps dry cat food sprinkled on porch {no bowl} for strays. Complex is mostly hispanic with as many as four adults and two children living in a one ... more
