That is what the sign should read in front of the office, the management in this complex if awful and it shows all over the place. It took 4 months to get a W/D in the apartment, but we still got charged and were promised it upon movein. They double booked covered parking spaces, but still charged. The rent fluctuated 10-15 every month even though nothing changed. You see more maintenance people picking up trash than fixing actual problems. The noise is unbearable and lastly they have a problem with roaches and rodents that they blame on an empty field being mowed next to the property...Hands down it does not get worse than this...Please beware.
