grounds are not well kept, there is trash that remains out even though i see people walking the grounds to supposedly care for them, during the reroofing of the buildings they threw their garbage on my balcony or even in the trees, and three months later it is still in the tree. it's fairly safe compared to other places, a couple of creepy neighbors, but no one bothering you in the parking lot or walking around on the grounds, still its common sense to be aware of your surroundings. there are a lot of kids here, which is good, they're good kids too, it's the grown folks that are loud and obnoxious at times, and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. the airplane noise is very loud. planes fly over extremely low but that it to be expected with the location. i haven't had any bug problems. i have not had any problems with the apartment aside from low water pressure so i don't know how maintenance is about anything, but the office staff is friendly and will work with you if you need to pay the rent a little late. the specials are good and the apartments are large.
