Don't move here poorly management, RACIST Maanger and staff. Not understanding, foundation problems, rats, roaches, you name it ants. Boyeee they have ants, Flying ones too. Bad complex would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!!!!! Please God Help the people that stay here........ Deposit took a long time to come back to me, they didn't want to give it back to begin with.

I can assure anyone reading this that Manager and staff are not racist. We do enforce our rules, and sometimes that is mistaken as us not being understanding.It helps us enormously if we are given a forwarding address to send a deposit to once a resident moves. We are very fair about returning deposits if you have left your apartment in good condition.

great comprehensive managament. very nice management and always ready for service when needed. you wont get roaches if you clean your kitchen before you go to bed at least. nice view from the 3rd floor on your balcony. beautiful landscape. recently fixed road-resident at 387 = resident 2 years
