Living here has been for the most part a very pleasant experience. Everytime we had something happen the staff/maintenance were more than willing to correct it as soon as they could. The leaks and broken items have been something that was out of their control and they were fixed in record time. The grounds are very clean, even the smallest items are picked up in record time. The pool is very clean, maintained and inviting unlike pools in surrounding complexes. The office staff has always been kind and understanding and always ready and willing to offer a helping hand! Especially during this economy it's reassuring to have an office staff that "understands" and lend a listening ear.

Breakdowns do happen, it's a part of life, but it's very nice to live in a place that jumps to fix the breakdowns and do it with a smile on their face. The management here are all very friendly and serve their tenants with a smile. They respect your property and take care of the problem with care.

Moving from another state where things are done differently it took some adjusting to get used to the ways it's done here, but after realizing just how bad it is at other surrounding complexes, I knew that choosing to live here was a very good decision and we're very happy that we did! We'll be moving here soon (job relocation) and we'll miss being here and hope that our new place will be just half as kind/helpful/understanding/clean etc. as this place has been.

So, in short...if you're looking for a good place to live..THIS IS IT!! You won't regret it!!
