IF I'D KNOWN THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response This complex has been problems from the very beginning...before we even moved in. First it started with relocating us, THEN the apartment they moved us to was a total and complete hell hole. LITERALLY. As of now, we have lived here for 1.5 months. When we moved in, one of the sinks didn't work, the cabinets in the master bath were rotted and moldy. The blinds are all broken and bent. The washer hookups exploded when we tried to hook them up. The fridge makes this horrible death rattle. There was a softball sized hole in the master bedroom door. OH and 2 weeks in, we found out the roof leaks by the windows in the master bedroom. All of these issues aside from the sink being fixed are still on going issues. Because of the leak we are now dealing with resulting mold and mildew as well as discolored carpets AND the ceiling is now retaining moisture. Oh joy. Management has been NO HELP. You call and you get a constant run around. It's never the same answer twice. The blinds that were supposed to be replaced SHOULD HAVE been in May 14....it is now June 13 and still no sign of them. So really...when it comes down to it-yeah the price is great, but that's all. There are no other positives to be named in this complex. People keep to themselves and let their dogs poo everywhere.

I am fileing a class action lawsuit against this property. Contact me old and new. We need your help to get this property in line. We where robbed due to no security by to homless men. This only one of many thing thats have happen k.watkins60@yahoo.com
