From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I've lived here for 3 years and overall I'm satisfied with this apartment complex. I love the area and the location. Parking is great because you never have to search for a spot but my car was broken into in the parking garage once. There is a gate for tenants to enter but it's never closed making the parking garage unsecure. The elevators don't always work but the stairwell is safe and close. The layout of the apartment is wonderful. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all open with the bedroom and bath separate. I love the openness of the apartment. I've had several maintenance issues that took a while to resolve completely, they tend to bandage the problems instead of repairing or replacing what's necessary to replace. The apartments are a little older so wear and tear is expected. The price is right for this area since other apartments going up are over $1,000/month. I've had some frustrating moments living here but I've never renewed a lease more than once except here.
