Me and my b/f moved in march07 and left august07...i have to admit it wasnt what we expected at all. The doors dont lock. Maintanence sux. And now its april 08 and the Apartments claims that we owe them $136 i don't know why or how. We were never contacted by the Complex no nothing. And I found out yesterday while i was looking thru my mail I recieve my credit report history that i recieve often. Well it turns out that my excellent score of 709 has drastically dropped to 588. And is now in collections. I AM FURIOUS. How is this possible. I mean come on we arn't cheap if we somehow owed some money we would have been glad to pay them, but not even knowing b/c they didn't even bother to contact us thru mail or by phone is &%*#@#$ ridiculous. I'm calling them asking them what happened. and i'm send out a dispute. Their must be a mistake. Just letting you all know before you pack up and leave make sure you know that you are free and clear of any fees, payments. I sure don't want you to go thru what i'm goin thru. Please leave some feedback would love to know if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks and good luck.

How much is the charge to your credit report? the did it to me. i turned in 2 cable boxes to the office. i am sure some of the staff helped themselves to them. I now have a $900 charge on my credit for the boxes the cabochon was supposed to mail back. they will not even discuss it with me, give me my move out form, and threatened to call the police on me if i came back on property to get proof that the boxes were in fact turned into the previous assnt manager JS.
