I have lived at Camden Cimarron (formely Los Rios) for almost 5 years, and the reason I have stayed here this long is because I would recommend it to anyone! The community is quiet, well maintained, consists of a friendly staff, and has knowledgeable maintenance men. Service calls are rarely needed, and when I do call one in, its resolved fast!

The only downside to this community is it has no gates, and its on the path between two section 8 housing developments and a city park. Kids will trace through our community at all hours of the day and night, walking to the park or to visit their friends at the other community. I think a gate around Camden Cimarron would alleviate this problem.

I have noticed a decline in quality residents over the past 2 years, but its consistent with all of Valley Ranch, and the fact the area is aging slowly.

If you want an attached garage apartment in Valley Ranch, you just can't beat their prices! I am proud to call Camden Cimarron my home!
