Love it here. Great value and apartment.

I have only lived here for a year, but I really love my apartment. The complex is nice, safe and quiet. It is across from a park where I feel safe running at night by myself. I also love the attached garage (my car was stolen from Dakota Hills in 2003, the police say a garage is the only real deterrent) and the washer/dryer that come with the apartment is also great. Best price for what you get in the area. Maintanance is extremely good here (worlds above any place I have ever been). The only reason I may leave is to be closer to work, but I would love to stay.
