This is the worst apartment management in the area. The entire staff is rude, from the part-time weekend leasing agent to the Manager. If you have problems with the apartment, they do not response quickly. Their priority is to fill the apartments not to keep the current tenants happy. The weekend leasing agent needs to be fired as she is not helpful, rud beyond belief and acts like you are bothering her. She does not answer any questions and doesn't know anything. She should not be the face respresenting the apartment on the weekends when this is the time most people are out looking for apartments.

Parking is a problem. You can never park any where close to your apartment because there is no visitor parking. However, when you move in, they tell you they don't have a parking problem.

People have dogs which leave their "droppings" on the grass and management does not enforce the owners to pick up the mess. They do not supply trash cans or trash bags. So you track dog mess up into your apartment.

The water is bill is the highest I have ever seen. They do not divide it fairly and need a better system to charge the tenants fairly. For a single bedroom, the bill is usually around $20 for 1 person. I don't want to pay for the water fountain in front of the complex.

The buildings and staircase are filthy. They are covered in spiderwebs and bugs. Quality of this apartment does not match the Valley Ranch area.

This apartment complex is one step away from being section 8 housing.
