The security situation is terrible in this place. The mailroom has been broken several times in the past several months. The leasing office didn't want to spend money on installing video cameras. They don't want to take responsibility on your lost letters / checks and some other important personal stuff. Price is lower compared to other apartment complex, but I definitely will not renew the contract if security cannot be guaranteed!!!!!!

Renters Insurance is not going to prevent break-ins. Whoever wrote that previous comment should really do their research before announcing to the world their education level. I'm also moving out because of the continous break-in's in this complex. I have police reports and pictures and still nothing from the "staff" has been encouraged besides posted letters of false feelings of loss. This community needs to be gated to prevent loitering from neighboring "low income" housing.
