My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 13 months now. It is quiet and nicely maintained. I haven't really had to deal with the front office much, but now that they have changed everyone out they all seem pretty easy to work with. The few complaints I do have aren't really things that the complex could change.. There's a dude living one building over that has an OBNOXIOUSLY loud motorcycle and for some unknown reason he thinks ppl want to hear him rev non-stop as he drives through the complex. Boo for him, and if you are reading this PLEASE STOP. No-one is impressed with your bike. The neighboorhood is going down hill a little. A police officer told us the Valley Trails (close by) are section 8, and there are now thugs in the area to prove it. I swear there is a transvestite hooker hanging out at the corner of Red River and McArthur now (tehee).. it is unconfirmed, but we have our suspicions. Oh yeah, and like someone else said.. the new apartment color is not the greatest. Relatively small complaints really.

I would recommend these to someone. Our lease will be up in two months and we will likely move, but that is only because we are already in their largest apartment and don't feel like we have enough space.
