We have lived here 4 years. We love the location. The city park on one side and the canal walk on the other. We have dogs and it is a dog friendly neighborhood. I always feel safe, because there are always people running/playing tennis in the park and a lot of foot traffic on the canal walk. In the four years, we have received about three crime notices, all having to do with property crime (burglaries).

The appliances are rental standard and the apts. neutral. My light fixtures are kind of dated, but I hear they update when they the apt. is empty. We haven't had any bug problems and our neighbors are quiet, though you can get a lot of traffic noise if you live near the pkwy. The staff are pretty good now (for a while they were awful) and they always ask- Is everything ok with your place' Maintenance has been responsive to our requests, not always same day, but we've never waited more than
three days for a fix. I love the attached garage and we never had a problem finding a parking spot.

We would renew but a job transfer is making us move. Rent has gone up considerably
in the four years. Pet deposits have also gone up-but it is a nice place if you have to walk youir dog. If I could change anything it would be the 1) the jerks who rev their motorcycles at all hours of the day 2) a linen closet would have been nice 3) a bigger balcony and 4) Less street noise.
