I have lived here 3 months... the air conditioner struggles to maintain a temerature below 80 degrees, and the compressor runs constantly. My electric bill is over 300 dollars a month! The rocket surgeon maintenance head gives a bunch of weak excuses (the compressor was over serviced, the A/C will only cool the place , degrees below outside air temp, blah blah blah). His "fix"' set the thermostat to 77 degrees. Pointless, really, since the only way to get the compressor to shut of is to set the temp to 80!
The pool is not so great, either. Full of leave and bugs, it is not very appealing. It should be skimmed by hand at least once a day, but is not.

I have a one year lease. i shall not renew it.

I have lived here 2 years. Watch out when it gets close to your renewal time- they wait until before your allowed time to have given notice to send you a renewal (if they do). At my last renewal I told them they were late and I wasnt renewing and they said it was MY responsibility to contact them for a new lease (WTF?) Then when I said it was too expensive they said I didnt give enough notice and would have to pay the month to month rate because they cant change what is in the system. (WTF again?) So I HAD to sign another lease. It is so not worth what we pay. It keeps going up and for what?
