I have recently moved into this property back in the middle of July and I LOVE IT! The rent is a bit pricey but it is so peaceful here. This is a great area for families and low key people. And the neighbors are very courteous. Management does a pretty good job of tending the property and trying to keep the residents happy. I looked forward to a continued, great experience here. But I would recommend getting the unit with a garage as parking can become a hassle after 10pm (especially fighting the sprinkler system).
