When I moved here I was told highly about this place by friends who had lived in past. When I started staying here, I noticed that the services were slowly detoriating. The stairs and the lobby / corridors are nasty. They are never cleaned and one can see dirty stains on the exterior lobby floors & stairs as well. Stairs, handrails, cielings are dusty. The dicipline of clearing off the Dog waste itself seems to have been waived off. Its a nice & peacefull location, but the services have really gone bad. In last few days, I found it difficult to find a parking spot. I guess its best to explore around in other places like Lexington and Oaks since the locality is really nice & peaceful around. Ofcourse until the management in Camden takes up things seriously & make immediate improvements. Worst being the staff does not move if you speak to them or call them on phone. Usually the offices are closed half the days around 1 or 1.30 pm for hours and suddenly they open up for last one hour of the day!!

For now! I and my other nieghbors that I knew decided not to renew and we moved over!
