PROS:
1) Great access to highways 183, 360, and 161. 2)Within 30 minutes of downtown Dallas, Las Colinas and Fort Worth. 3) 5 minutes from DFW airport terminal. 4) Near DART rail.
CONS:
1) Water and trash not included; water is charged by size of apartment, not by usage. 2) Nazi-like office staff. 3) Repair requests often ignored. 4) If your neighbors make noise, you WILL hear it. 5) Under DFW flight path.
