I've always had fairly decent credit before moving here. If they are doing any upgrades, you may want to reconsider. Eventually, you will pay for them. The office staff changes constantly. Even the CARES team doesn't CARE. Don't be suckered. Unable to sleep at night due to loud noises from planes and trains. Also, during the construction, a neighbor saw a worker exposing himself in the field. (He wasn't relieving himself but exposing himself) CAMDEN LAKEVIEW ignored the warning. We went around and informed our other neighbors ourself. They didnt care. If you have younger kids, teenage girls, or are single, I would reccomend you stay away. CAMDEN LAKEVIEW------RIP OFFS!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Did I mention that it's a really old building with no light fixtures.....no one way to explain the 200 electricity bills or $60 water bill FOR A SINGLE RESIDENT. All about your money....lack common decency and regard for the American consumer.

So you move to an apartment complex 5-10 minutes away from the airport and train stations and then you complain about the noise? As for the light fixtures, I have some in mine. And for the unlit spaces, I bought these nifty things called lamps. Also, the water billing is based on the size of your unit, I think, a fact they really should disclose at leasing time.

I loved it here, yeah you can hear the plains sometimes but duh you are 10 minutes away from the airport. As for as for the water bill I never received a water bill over $25 for a one bedroom, you must have not had electricity in your name so they charged you for electricity with your water bill!!!
