I recently moved out of the Lofts of Las Colinas and into Canal Side Lofts. I can not tell you the difference. I really did love the lofts about a year ago. Once they sold, most of the staff I had grown used to left and the new people were RUDE. Canal Side has had a keg parties, a wine social, breakfasts, happy hours... They follow through. Most places only saythey have a lot of activities. All of the common areas are open 24/7. I can go down and watch a movie at 2 in the morning if I cant sleep. The staff if friendly and a lot of fun. Its a lot more laid back than the Lofts. I made the right decision. I also have noticed a lot of people have moved here from the lofts as well.
