Most of my complaints about CSL revolve around the residents and not necessarily the staff (most of whom are friendly and accomodating). In the last few months lost of people have moved in that are just plain rude and inconsiderate -- they park their huge trucks across 2 spots, can't be bothered to pick up after their dogs, yell and scream while enjoying the pool at 4:30am, leave all manner of take out trash around the parking lots, and feel no need to be quiet while running down the hallways after midnight. Not to mention the lemonade they leave out in the lobby that residents drink directly out of the carafe (I've seen it more than once - I kid you not)! Many of us feel helpless since nothing seems to be done about any of it -- despite our complaints.
As far as the apartment itself, it was built cheaply and it shows. My unit has cabinets that were hung crookedly, blinds that were installed backwards, grout that was crumbled before we moved in, flooring that is buckled and the smallest refrigerator I've seen since college.
Avoid living along the pool area at all costs -- especially if you aren't a fan of the Top 40 music they blast since you can hear it loud and clear with the windows shut.
All of that being said, not all residents are so horrible -- but the nice ones seem to be few and far between. Many of the more recent posts hit the nail on the head. $$ better spent elsewhere -- so many new developments are being built in the area. I loved my apartment and this building when I moved in -- now I'm counting the days until my lease runs out!

Well, thought we all had a break when the music stopped for awhile, but it's Thursday and it's been blaring all afternoon. It is now 6:00 pm and it's still coming right into my apartment. This is SO FRUSTRATING ! ARGHHHHHHHHHHH
