Property has really declined....not worth the rates

When I had first moved to this particular property almost four years ago it was a very nice area and apartment complex. Although the amenities weren't really there for this area as they should have been, it was well kept and the residents used to be mostly professional types. (fitness center is a joke- a 5x5 room with a stepper and a universal, no free cable, no door to door trash pick up, pay high water bills, executive office has run down/non-working equipment, pool water dirty) Over the years the quality of residents had really gone down hill. On average about 1-2 times every month or 2 I would see an Irving Police Car on the property for some reason or another. Cars with loud base going during all hours, children running everywhere and playing in the parking lots, and many apartments had 5-6 people living in them making parking a NIGHTMARE! There was never any parking. Management has changed almost every year and each "promising" changes but never delivering. Pot holes in parking lots and buildings were looking run down. For the rent price, I would not recommend this property. Glad to have left but sad that the once beautiful area has really declined. (I wonder if apartment management inserts "positive" comments so their property doesn't look so bad on this review website'')
