	I've lived here for three and half years with a canal view. I can't really complain too much. Maintenance is quick when I need them and apartment staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

	I have lived here since June and the Office staff are great, very responsive, and my neighbors are very quiet. It has a nice view of the canal. I like it here.
