I've had so much trouble with our apt. office. Twice our apt. key has been lost by them. I've had to deal with their rude attitudes. You would think after changing ownership twice, they'd hire people with better attitudes. Plus, they've lost two of our rent checks! The first time it happened they were nice about it and told me it also happened to three other residents. All I had to do was write another one. I never did find out what had happened to that check. But this second time it happened, I was told that I couldn't have possibly turned it in on time because they would've seen it. And when I asked for my check back I was told they already gave them BOTH back to me. Supposedly they put them in a envelope and put it in my door. I only wrote ONE check, not TWO. Who knows where my checks are. This is the assistant manager that argued with me. And when my husband went to the office to speak to her, she told him that "she did not have time to argue with him in public" and walked away from him. But over the phone, she had told me that she WANTED to talk to my husband but when he gets there, before he can even talk to her about it, she blows him off. What is surprising is that we've lived there for three years, have never been late with the rent, never been complained on but they're willing to risk good residents leaving because of their attitudes towards them.
