Not in this lifetime From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   This is a section 8 Apartment Complex. Management and staff turn over constantly. I moved out because of rats in my apartment which the staff was unwilling and unable to get rid of. At one point they sealed a hole behind the dishwasher on a Friday afternoon and told me that I would have to trap any live rats myself in the apartment because they were not responsible for anything but sealing the hole. Twice I had to move out of my apartment for 2 weeks at a time into a model apt and when I asked for a rebate on my rent they refused and charged me the full amount. I spent Christmas in a model apartment with a non-working stove because of live rats in my apt. A/C went out several times during the summer and they made no attempt to fix it on weekends. Crime is bad also. Valley Ranch is no place for this quality apartment. The parole officer often visited my neighbor upstairs and the police are always in the parking lot.
