You Will Regret it!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 2 responses   Most of the people who live in this complex work in the service industry, it is the best price in town for an apartment. I have lived here for two years, I cant get out fast enough. The Asst. manager hanges out at all the local restraunts and bars in the area, she has threatened residents and picked fights off the property. She belittles the residents who live here with a sever case of god complex. I have even had racist comments thrown out at my friends by the crowd she hangs with. this is the most unprofessional manager I have ever had to deal with. The Champions ARE the projects of Valley Ranch.
