Reasons why I've hated living here.
1. Our water heater blew and we came home to an apartment in shambles with not one person calling to let us know.
2. The clean up after the water heater blew was just sprinkling some fragrance on the carpet which has now started to mold and the tile has started to show signs of damage.
3. Our cats got fleas from the outside balcony along with other residents animals and the apt. complex never made us aware.
4. Drug deals happen outside our window and we've let the complex know about it and they refuse to call us back.
5. They never fix anything, they just cover it up with paint and fragrance. Not one thing has EVER been fixed, everything has just been "masked" for us to think the problem has been solved.
6. When you enter the front office, they act put out to see you and never greet you.

I am not a person that gets angry easily but this complex has gone above and beyond at making residents feel like trash. My boyfriend and I moved here thinking it was an older but still classy complex but quickly we realized how trashy this complex is and how OVERPRICED they are! I would not live here again if they PAID me to! My allergies are horrible from the mold from the water damage and now my cats have fleas.

I am glad I didn't move here. I saw a few apartments at this complex. They showed us an apartment that had a dead insect in the living room, and a living centipede in one of the closets, mind you it was alive. I also heard about the drug dealing in this apartment complex. I thank god I didn't move in here.
