BELEIVE ME! Dont put yourself in HELL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/27/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I was so frustrated living at Chapparal Creek. Take my advice and dont even think about moving there in your dreams!!! Horrible Office management, A very mean, rude, and ill mannered office management. Owners of the complex really need to look into the matter. Here is a little of what they did to me * They cheated me by renting my Apt before my lease expired. * They never returned my deposit of $200.00 * Sent Inaccurate and misleading information to my next Apt leasing office, for the sole purpose of creating problems for me as I did not renew their lease. * Beware!!!! Inaccurate information reported to credit bureaue to mess up my credit history CHAPPARAL CREEK is a big joke on the name of business. On top of it, you will be amazed by the consistency in their horrible attitude. P.S: I took special time out of my schedule to write this only to ensure others who are thinking of moving there know, what is ahead of them and can hopefully make a wiser decision that I took by moving there and still repent it.
